Delivery of Christmas trees for annual sale
Fri. Nov 27th 2009

Christmas trees arrived in Sandy Hook on Friday, November 27. Stephen Capozziello and Steve Stohl made their annual trek to northern Vermont ("another mile and you'd be in Canada!"), leaving Sandy Hook very early Friday morning and returning by mid-afternoon. Even with all of those hours and miles to their credit, the two men joined fellow Sandy Hook members to unload the hundreds of trees that will be sold in this year's Christmas Tree Sale. 2nd Assistant Chief Mike Burton and his daughter, Firefighter Kelly Burton, are again coordinating this year's fundraiser.
